Seeing the opportunities

Seeing the good in people is a great way to operate; you will get much further in life if you do. However, not all people are good, and by taking this attitude, you can get caught out occasionally. It’s like trust; I’m a truster until someone does me a bad turn, and I am prepared to gamble that away and get let down occasionally, and yes, it does happen. However, it’s really difficult to get anywhere in this life if you don’t trust anyone, nigh impossible. Luckily, we are in the Ag game where most people are good, and you can generally trust most people on their words or actions. We have to appreciate that about our industry. Like people and trust, what if we adopted the of seeing the opportunity in everything that comes across our eyeliner each day? Would we see things in a different light? Would we find some of those game-changing sliding door moments that come along occasionally? I am going to try it for the rest of the week, see what comes of it and report in. I have already got off to a bad start as it was freezing down south yesterday morning, and I have been complaining about it. So from now on….. What would some of the consequences be if we tried to see the opportunity in everything? Reply to [email protected]
