The “Club Notes” for Thursday, the 13th of June, 2024.

Your 1 Farming prediction for the next 6 months

A Farmer texted me yesterday, and we got into a conversation about where the Lamb and Sheep market is heading. He said that he and a few Farming mates have a little Whatsapp group where they regularly converse about all things Farming. At some point in time during the year, they do a Farming predictions segment, where they all have a go at predicting something they think might happen during the year. I am not sure if there are any prizes, if anything comes to fruition, I guess there are bragging rights. But what a great idea. So, in the lead-up to June 30, it's an opportune time to make a Farming prediction for the second half of the year. All we need is one from you. Send it through here. Reply to [email protected]. It could be Canola going to $900 a tonne, it could be wet in SA by July 15, it could be something only related to your Farm, or it could be that interest rate would drop in December. Give us your 1 Farming prediction. Give it some thought. Have a great Thursday.
