No 335 - Saturday's Club Notes

The “Club Notes” for Saturday, the 12th of October, 2024.

By Dwain Duxson - An Ag Enthusiast

Inspired by our forefathers

I got a bit of a clip from a subscriber yesterday saying the country is not F#*^ked and to keep a positive focus on things. Fair enough, I said to him. Clip taken. In my defence, I was using what someone else was saying, and I do admit that some bits and pieces are f#*^cked in this country. As Farmers and Ag businesses people, we might have been dealt a few more tough blows than normal this season, but we are fighters, and we all should be fired up to write the next chapter in our Farming story. We are winners. What would our forefathers say if we mope around with our lips dragging on the ground, saying poor me? Remember, our forefathers operated in much tougher conditions, and many went to war to defend this great nation. I had another replier give his team of people this sort of coaches-like rev up before his Ram sale the other day. I worked. So all we need to do is show a bit of spirit and gain some inspiration from those who helped build our Agricultural industry. Where do you draw your inspiration from?  Reply to [email protected]
