• How does one become a high achiever in Ag? In our podcast with Lachie McKenzie, he spoke about his high-achieving grandfather, Mitchell McKenzie. He was chairman of Elders, AACo, Massey Ferguson Australia, and Peter Ice Cream. He had a high-achieving Grandfather as a mentor.

• Do you want to be a high achiever in Ag? We are lucky enough to have many who are signed up as subscribers. That's an invite.

• Personless Butcher Shop owner Jacod Wolki gets asked all the time how much stuff gets stolen, and he says, "Actually, very little". So sometimes what we might think is going to be the biggest problem turns out to be minor. We wrote about this subject today.

• When did your hometown peak? What we mean there is, at what point in time, was your hometown thriving at its best? We wrote about this today. My old hometown of Marnoo was at its best in 1973, its 100th year of occupation.
