• We are in the information era. And when you are looking for the highest quality information, seek out the best operators. We wrote this morning about how a Beef Farmer sought out a Dairy Farmer and emulated his pasture and grazing plan to intensify his Cattle operation.

• How do I intensify my operation? The first thing you should do is listen to the Lachie McKenzie podcast we did; he is turning his properties into Fodder Factories and is happy to share what he does. The podcast is under subscription. Subscribe, and I will send it to you. It's well worth the entrance fee alone.

• One prominent Machinery Dealer is having a change of attitude towards its customers, and it's a breath of fresh air. It's to do with their service offering. Something Farmers would say has been lacking. We write about it today.

• We have a belief that some of the best Farmers have mathematical minds. They can do the numbers on a deal or trade from start to finish in their heads and know the margin and whether it's worth pursuing or not. • Ex Minyip lad and Farmers son John Pidgeon has made it big in residential property as an advisor to the stars. I picked up an article he wrote yesterday about how the great Aussie dream of owning a home is a dead duck for the young ones. We wrote about this and whether John's theories can be applied to Farming Land.

• Do you want to be a part of a like-minded community? Everyone wants to be a part of something, and at times, everyone wants to feel special. One of the great things about running The Farmers Club is the interaction with the people who are mainly Farmers.
