• Research tells us that you don't care about someone's products or services. But you do care what that product or service can do for you.

• The gains are in the problems - I listened to a podcast where the interviewer, who is a celebrated US businessman, said that's why we should go full throttle at our problems and not try to avoid them. Makes sense. We wrote about it today.

• May the leverage be with you - In Ag, we strive for win/win, but it's not always going to be the case. Sometimes we will have the leverage, and next time we won't. We outline some examples of this in an article today.

• How do you make your big decisions? I have been in situations where you make them by consensus with a large group of people, with 2 or 3 people or just by myself. We write about all three, and I outline which one we prefer.

• One of the favourite things our subscribers nominate is reading the replies from other Farmers. They love hearing what others have to say and what their point of view is.
