• I am up in Yarrawonga as I write and heading to a funeral today for one of the old Character Farmers we write about regularly. This bloke had some ripper traits which we wrote about in an article today. He was hard at hearing and it was always difficult talking to him on the phone. His Farm wasn't too far out the road, so rather than getting mixed messages on the phone, I would go and see him and do business that way. Take a bit of time out today to remember the characters in your area. Long live the characters.
