Exposed - We have been writing a lot about how businesses and organisations have been attracting and using government funds inappropriately. We have called out the government for dishing out funds willy-nilly, and we always said that Ag wasn't immune. There is some scrutiny of the LambEx event and of what Sheep Producers Australia is doing. It's a must-read.
It's a bumper edition today with heaps of content. However, we know that the content we deliver is only good if it can do something for you. We think it does, but you be the judge of that.
I heard this yesterday from a human behavioural educator. When we say "if", we should be saying "when". Apparently, it has much more conviction.
The Trucking industry is going through some turmoil, with many great Family companies on the brink. We are a bit fortunate in Ag when it comes to freight, and we wrote about why in an article today.
We have a new long-form podcast out behind the paywall, and it features Kate Burke talking about her latest book, "Succession". We also wrote a summary article about it today. We will have the podcast preview out next week.
I never really knew much about Aussie entertained Ted Egan, but he said something before he died that made a lot of sense to me. He was once a bush school teacher, but he had the skill of observing people, and that's how he created his legacy career in the entertainment industry. We wrote a story about the power of observation today.
Have a great Saturday, and subscribe to start each day of the week fully informed.
