• The day before yesterday, we wrote a story on when a bird shits on the window and how we are supposed to look at it. A couple of subscribers looked at it the opposite of how we saw it. It all depends on the context. What we did take from it was this. We love how people see things differently from what we write; we often see it differently, too. It's not about being right; it's about what we can take away to produce an outcome, to solve a problem, or to instil an idea. We wrote more about this today.

• The old saying is you can't eat equity, but if you have been Farming between 1996 and 2023, equity has served you pretty well as Land prices rose. But then they went and changed the banking rules, and equity doesn't matter as much now. We wrote about a couple of examples of equity today.

• In 2025, we lost the plot. Lost the plot on what you ask. Politics, inflation, immigration, renewable energy, or Water buybacks. None of the above, but you could stake a case for all of them. But no, according to a Moree Cotton Farmer, it was new Machinery prices. We unpacked his 5 strong dot points in an article today.

• When the Ag media is on light duties, and Farmers are still hard at it, we are still here providing our subscribers with our usual source of information.
