Firstly, Happy New Year to you all, and thanks for your support. I hope 2025 has served you well and go well in 2026.
Heads up for the new year, we will be making some changes to this free version of the newsletter. More to come in the new year.
If you don't do social media, or you do and you want to start 2026 with less scrolling, then we can help. There is some really good stuff on Social Media, but finding it can be a pain. We are constantly scanning X and LinkedIn for that valuable info several times a day. One thing we did bed down in 2025 was where to look for this valuable information we are talking about. We think we are pretty clever at it, but you be the judge of that.
We have reviewed our notes from this year and compiled an extensive list of business suggestions for 2026. Subscribe, and I will send them to you.
2026 is all about keeping as many Farmers and business people as we can on the green line. The green line came about when I heard a Farmer back a couple of years ago say this: "As Farmers and business people, we can't afford to be average anymore". I did a marketing course this year, and I saw the green, red and average line graph and thought it perfectly sums up the statement above. See the green line image below.
We have learnt so much in 2025, and we did our top 10 things we learnt and put them on our short-form podcast "End of Message". Those 10 major things we learnt, we didn't know this time last year, and there were heaps more learnings on top of that. It was a good year, and what an advantage to have all that extra knowledge to take them into 2026.
There has been plenty of talk about the MCG pitch. I was a pitch curator for 5 years, and rolling a pitch is like Farming. We explain why in an article today.
Have a great New Year's Eve, and we will see you on the other side. Remember to subscribe to keep yourself fully informed in 2026.
