Come join us before the price rise - We are putting our monthly subscription price up from $40 + GST to $45 + GST on February 1st. But if you subscriber before then, we promise to freeze the $40 + GST price for at least 2 years (24 months), maybe longer. So if you have been thinking about signing up one day, now is the time. After February 1, we will also be reducing this free version from 6 days to 2 days a week. Head to the bottom of the page and click upgrade, or if you are having any issues subscribing, ring, text or email (see below), and I can help you out.
I was sitting in a cafe in Castlemaine the other day, having a coffee, and an older lady came in and said, βI love your shirtβ. See the shirt below. I said thanks, and she asked what it was, and I said a Farmers Club, and rattled on about what it is. Ohhh, she said I love a club. It got me thinking about what it is to be involved in a club. I would sum up our club, The Farmers Club, as a place where you give a little bit of yourself and get a lot back in return.
Do you carry weather baggage? I know Farmers who donβt give two hoots about the weather forecast; their minds are completely free of the implications the weather might or might not have on their business. They bat on as though they donβt know whatβs coming. We wrote something very interesting about this topic today.
Autonomous Machinery is here in a small way, and there are plenty of big bets being made on what the future might look like. We get the crystal ball out and give our opinion on what the future might look like in an article today.
Is your shire/council deceiving you on rubbish? Are you separating the rubbish from the recycling at home only to have it lumped in together when it gets to the tip? We are hearing that recycling is costing the shire or council too much to handle. We wrote a story about this and some of the deceptions in Farming today.
Have a great Friday, and subscribe to start your day fully informed.
