• Kent Wooding Podcast - We did a ripper podcast we did with career Agronomist turned Agronomist consultant Kent Wooding. He is well known in the Cropping world in the Mallee area of Victoria, and he gives us some insight into topics facing the Agronomy. I asked what makes a top Agro, and he said, "They get the basics right, they are part scientist and part Artist". I have never heard Agronomy being called art before. But it sorta make sense. • When are you in your Farming prime? Subjective question, but we go into some depth in an article today.

• The aim, through our snippets, your replies, the podcasts, and what we write, is to load you up with knowledge. To get you "knowledged up" as an old mate used to say. And please treat all the above as take-it-or-leave-it info. We don't think what we write or present is right or wrong; we are just making sure it gets you thinking. That's the aim. We know that it's not about our content, it's about what our content can do for you.

• I have given a warts-and-all account of leaving the company I started Farm Tender. It was all mutual, and it was the best thing for both parties. We've also written about how, now that I am gone, I need to change the language I use. It's not longer us, it's them.
